Kontana is your company’s accounting partner. We take care of day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns and your annual report. We agree the scope around your needs and adapt it as your business grows.
We help businesses across different industries, including freelancers and side-business OÜs, consultants and agencies, online shops and subscription businesses.
Connections to the systems you use
We have built connections and accounting workflows for platforms including Stripe, Apple App Store, Booking.com, etc. Where needed, we can build a connection to a system your business uses, often without extra charge.
Your accountant takes responsibility
Your accountant monitors accounting quality and tax return deadlines. They resolve questions that need professional judgement and ask you for clarification when needed.

How the price is calculated
The base price is €19/month, with additional services added according to your needs. It assumes timely documents and clear payments. If your working arrangements need more support or a new integration, we agree the additional work and its price before starting.
Resolving everyday bookkeeping questions is included in the service. Separate tax analysis, advisory work and historical bookkeeping cleanup are charged by the hour.
